We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. The property is beautiful, and the Ebisu train station is only a two minute walk away. This is great since it is a part of the Yamanote line.
