"The AC was terrible, the rest was fine but it seems they have a temp control that wont go lower than 68 but the actual temp was 74. Bad A/C, the rest of the stay was great."

"Problematic property and unexceptional stay.
The rooms are tiny even for New York City and have no suitable chair or seating area - an uncomfortable metal hanging chair or a folding stool that can't actually be positioned at the folding desk as a workstation, so you have to sit on the bed to work. Also no closet (just hangers on pegs) and no drawers for storage (so I basically lived out of my suitcase).
My room had a bad cigarette smoke smell for the first 48 hours, but when a maintenance...
