"Room was very clean, ac was weak, it was semi cool. Hate sleeping warm. Breakfast had no protein, only carbs. No eggs, sausage, nothing, not even waffles or pancake. No juice, just tea and coffee."

Just not an experience that I have had after years of staying at the Hampton. It just seemed very out of control with kids running constantly up and down the hallway slamming doors."

"I can highly recommend this hotel it’s Probably the best in the area. Staff is super friendly, love the room, bed was comfortable and our room was cleaned in under 30 minutes. Breakfast was great at the little restaurant next to the lobby. Roof top bar offers a great view of the area and it’s within walking distance of a few nice restaurants."

I called several times throughout our day and could never get anyone to answer the phone. All of the staff seemed overworked and very tired and as a result grumpy. The only person that stands out to me as a great example of customer service is their valet team."
