"I booked this hotel with breakfast included but was surprised to hear that I have to pay extra even for coffee. I stayed for two nights but nobody collected litter and no room service/fresh towels for $495 a night stay!!!"

"The staff were friendly and helpful providing information about what was in the neighborhood. They even put out a stand of umbrellas on a rainy day! The extra space and having a kitchen area was a major plus. On the negative side we found an empty water bottle laying in the closet, cellophane candy wrappers on the floor in the living room, and had to get the "engineer" up to the room to fix the TV. Bathroom is very small with no countertops to put toiletries and there is a counter outside the bathroom but no mirror to do hair, make up, etc. Furnishings were serviceable although I personally found the bedding too hard and things like the kitchen cabinets and medicine chest could use replacing in my opinion."
