"When I arrived I immediately noticed the tv was not plugged in and then I sat down on the bed . You could feel the springs of the mattress. I stayed for 15 mins tops. The staff initially attempted to charge me for a night after only staying for 15 mins. I had to contact corp office and eventually speak with the manager to get a full refund. The manager was very friendly and apologetic. I appreciated her."

"The desk clerk was super nice. The room appeared clean but smelled of mildew. The tiles in the bathroom had lifted up and when showering, the water flooded the floor all the way out to the entry way. I told the front desk clerk about it. She said it needed a shower guard installed. So why wasn’t it????? The pool is actually more of a cold, large jacuzzi with room in the area for only 2 lounge chairs - tiny - and in a corner next to the parking lot. Clearly an afterthought. The hotel snack area...

"Everything was good, main entrance not easy to find but everything else was perfect. Main goal was to be near the airport (7-9 min)."

"The room was super comfortable and the breakfast was great. We also enjoyed the pool which was clean and refreshing. Marie and Jada at the front desk were incredibly kind and helpful. Even the cleaning staff was great. The location is also good to avoid the crazy traffic at the beach while still being close enough to get there easily. Very happy we chose to stay here."

"Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. Anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime without any staff knowing. These doors should be kept functional and work properly. They are there...

"Guys it might not look the best outside but trust inside , once you are in your room it’s clean and nice ! And the service is pretty quick ! It was very affordable ! And a calm place to stay in !"

"Location is perfect but the property was dirty, seems like someone was just there , smelled nasty, trash piled at the door upon arrival, parking is not free. A ticket was placed on my car. Communication is terrible due to the different hosts I was trying to reach out too. After seeing the condition we decided to make the best of it because of the weekend I could not get a temporary credit to book another home for my family. Not an ideal home for family. I disputed the charges as soon as I could."
