Management does need to get them a new waffle dispenser lol, por lady was trying to keep everyone satisfied. Property could use a pressure washing on the backside, Also most importantly the latches that hold the windows shut need to be checked. Ours were broken and at least keep a window stopper in place. I had small children with me on our trip and that was dangerous. "

"I stayed in this hotel going north, then stayed in it coming back south 4 days later. My second stay was much better simply because my room was much better. In both cases, the staff is excellent and helpful."

"Me and my family stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. For almost $400 for 1 night you would think it would have been a lot nicer than what it was. Our room had scratches and stains all over the room. The shower in the king bedroom had mold in the vent. Trash in the cushions of the sofa. Then all down the hallways of the hotel the wallpaper was just starting to peel away. My wife got freaked out cause she went to open the door and there was just a man standing outside about 30 ft from our door. Our room was the only room in the hall. The only friendly staff was the woman who checked me in and checked me out. Her energy was amazing. The breakfast was terrible, it tasted old. Just an overall bad experience."
