"Comfortable and friendly"

"This property is conveniently located close to Kent Falls State Park. The owners are very friendly and chatted with us at checkin and during breakfast. Restaurants and stores are in Kent, about 6 miles away. Breakfast is included: cereal, juice, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, pastries, coffee, and tea. "good"

"This inn was the best place my husband and I have stayed so far on our two week trip to New England. Our room was like a wine cellar which gorgeous. They had an outdoor fire pit for you to sit or you could do s’mores. They provided sodas, water, drinks and snacks. They had various games set up throughout the inn. Breakfast was amazing! The ambience of the whole place was beautiful. Loved everything about this inn."

"The staff the rooms the atmosphere location the FOOD. Well deserved best hotel in the state by far."

"Absolutely stunning escape. Just go"

"Keep your expectations low and you will be happy. It provided what I needed at the end of October. Warm Room with a bed, mattress was so so at best. A bit spendy for an evening."

"For the price it is exactly as you should expect. The room was clean, but needed very minor upgrades. The grounds were in poor condition. But I didn't come here for anything but the basics, bed, shower, and toilet, and that is what I got. I would use them again. Wifi and phone reception were great. Bring your own phone charger and toiletries."
