"A atención, las instalaciones, el desayuno, todo genial"

"The cafe was nice. Most of the front desk staff was rude and had a bad attitude. We asked if our room could be cleaned. We left for a few hours it was never cleaned. The showers were poorly designed water spilled all over. The room phone or the TV didn't work. We tried calling from our phones and got hung up 3xs. Overpriced for terrible experience"

"Clean room, simple breakfast, great stay. Thank you!"

"Nice Staff"

"Everything was great"

"The hotel was clean and modern. Definitely not walking distance to restaurants/shopping. Seemed very noisy compared to other hotels…I could hear guests around and above me more than most hotels. Since I had been traveling so long, sleep and a quiet room was important to me."

"Small rooms. Helpful staff."

"Bastante bien, tiene un supermercado a una cuadra, lo cual resuelve muy bien, muy amable el staff!"

"Good location."

"Great place to stay outside of Madrid downtown. Convenient for where we needed to be. Clean. Comfortable. I can understand the reviews that say this place is hot in summer; the window doesn’t open fully for security reasons and the air conditioning is okay for autumn/winter but probably tough in summer. Amenities are all good but for a short stay (unlike a student. This is student accommodation btw) for tourists it is a bit inconvenient. They will give you pots and pans to cook with and plates...

"The rooms were very clean and more spacious that I first thought they would be. The staff were also very friendly to us and that meant a lot since we booked this place last minute after getting stuck in Madrid for unforeseen circumstances. This hotel provided a very comfortable and inviting environment. We rested very well this night!"

"Awesome hotel! I love it. Highly recommended."

"Very nice hotel, clean comfortable and well located, easy connection to centro with E1 bus. Nice mall at walking distance. Breakfast was great and the 24hrs free coffee and drinks is much appreciated. The people who work there were nice helpful and prompt. Overall a great experience. Definitely recommend. "

"Sauberes Zimmer, guter Service und gute Lage. Die nächste Metrostation ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen."

"Liked the location close to metro.. room was comfortable if small. Didn't like the lack of reception staff on site and found the lockers for storing luggage frustrating."
