"Das Hotel hat unser Zimmer wenige Stunden kommentarlos storniert. Wir haben die Email erhalten, als wir gerade komplett erschöpft von einem interkontinentalen Flug kamen. Als wir uns per Telefon beschwerte war die Rezeption des Hotels enorm unhöflich (und meinte auch noch, dass das nicht unser Problem sei). Für uns war es eine richtige Katastrophe da wir mitten in der Hauptsaison ein anderes Hotel finden mussten. "

It is a great value especially considering the property is very well maintained, has air conditioning (helpful during summer), and lovely gardening. It is located in a quiet and upscale section of town on a small ridge, but very convenient shopping and restaurants. If I'm ever back in the area, I hope to stay there again."

"Não é 5 estrelas. É um hotel 3 estrelas com um quarto bem grande bem próximo da entrada do Kruger. A cidadezinha não há muito o que fazer. Check-in demorado, tendo que mostrar a reserva. Café-da-manhã bom. Mas o pior é que não tinha internet no meu quarto."
