"When I went to check in; we were told our time for breakfast was at 6:00 am for single adults; told him I am on holidays & I will not be getting up at that time; he stated families time slot is from 7:00 am to 9:00 am; not impressed!! Never have I been told a time slot for breakfast; really?? Also, there was two of us; we were only given two large towels; two hand towels & two face clothes; I use 2 large towels for my hair & body!! And the big was so high to get up onto!! We hadn't eaten much as our flight was diverted, and then they made us sit on the plane for 3 hours before cancelling flight. "Morning, we stayed for 3 days at this hotel which looked fairly new. Upon first check in, the young oriental lady at the front desk was extremely rude. It was almost like we were bothering her.
