"There was no heat in my room and the front desk clerk gave me a tiny space heater. I stayed there again the following month and, again no heat- you can hear it start up but can barely feel it coming out of the vent and the room was cold in the morning. They just redid their pool though- maybe they should have gotten the heating system working. I hear there is no air conditioning here either. Unfortunately if you are coming to Rapids to work at the hospital, this is the closest hotel."

"Construction going on- dust and dirt everywhere. And the renovations that were done where extremely sloppy. Bathroom was not very clean. Looked liked everything was just wiped down with a dirty rag."
