"The property was ideally located in Eye Square. It was easy to walk to everything from the hotel. The staff was really nice and attentive. While the attached bar was super convenient, I was in one of the square-facing rooms, and the noise from the bar and from people outside was pretty noticeable. It made it difficult to sleep and you definitely needed earplugs (which the hotel provided). I also wish the room had a fridge available."

"We arrived and our room smelled of smoke (it is a non smoking hotel) reception immediately upgraded us to a junior suite that was incredible. The most comfortable bed, the most luxurious bathroom with double shower and huge stand alone tub with tv on the wall. The room was very spacious and staff were excellent. "We loved our stay at The Residence Inn. The room was perfect. There was food right next door. It was quiet at night, even though we were over a pub. The mural on the wall was strange but definitely a unique room! Easy access to the village, shopping and public transportation. Paid parking was right next door.
