We had an issue with vouchers that were purchased for us as a gift. One staff at the golf course was somewhat...aloft...ok, curt but rest of staff and hotel staff were great. I do feel were somewhat shorted on the vouchers and left a sour taste."

"Obviously the hotel is undergoing massive renovations and I’m sure it will be incredible when finished- but be aware right now that your view in the summer of 2026 might be of a building site and the bathrooms for the pool are like portapotties and very substandard. "This is a great place to get away. The hosts are amazing! Great shops within 20min and a beautiful property. If going far, take a taxi to the train station, taxis are very expensive."
