"We had the best day at The Pineapple Hotel! We were excited to find our room to be decorated for our daughter‘s 13th birthday (thanks to Tia), the beds were very comfortable, and the room was clean. We found the front desk staff to be welcoming, kind, and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!"

As a female, solo traveler, I always felt safe at this hotel with a doorman and key card access required to utilize the elevator to individual rooms. "Our corner room was stylish and nice. The bed was comfortable not too soft or hard and lovely down pillows. Bathroom was great with nice powerful shower head and loads of shelving. Could use a bit more light. Staff was always attentive and LOLA restaurant attached was perfect for a quick meal any time of day. "

Room service was disappointing, it was 15 mins after the “scheduled” time but the order was missing items, silverware, and napkins. The guy who brought our food to the room was unfriendly and walked away before I could check the order. When I tried to call the front desk and the room service line the phone system didn’t allow me to speak to a person, just kept reverting me to the online ordering but can’t request anything or...
