"Great location, peaceful and stunning views. Close to everything you need. Staff were fantastic with country hospitality. Some spoke English and some didnt but the translator came in handy and at the end of the day you are visiting a country where English is not a first langauge. 5 stars. "

"Hotel bien situé près du lac et du départ en barque ainsi que des restaurants de la ville.
Hôtel récent bien entretenu et la piscine est agréable en fin de journée pour se détendre. Cependant, les chaises longues ne sont pas confortable du tout.
Personnel sympathique et serviable.
Juste un petit souci pour nous mais indépendant de l'hôtel. Nous y avons séjourné un weekend en septembre et il y avait le samedi un groupe de 50 personnes (locaux) environ extrêmement bruyantes surtout dans les...

Das einzig Problematische ist die große Entfernung zur Touristenregion - Tam Coc ist schon eine Ecke entfernt.
Das Personal ist aber sehr hilfsbereit was es betrifft, preisgünstige Beförderungsmittel und Ausflüge zu organisieren. Auch der Transfer zum Flughafen wurde problemlos veranlasst.
