Cari Resor di Taman Nasional dan Konservatorium Kelautan Diani - Chale

"The lush greenery around the property is appealing. However, there was confusion over the reservation, which took a while to sort out. Gaining access to the room, we discovered there were no towels. It took us three calls to reception and an hour and a half wait before receiving the towels."

"So disappointed in the service here. Staff were not well trained - did not listen - were unwilling to assist. Our room was not made up daily - even though we asked. Food was sparse and was not anywhere close to what was expected based on our research. The fact that we had to pay for our food when we used room service - was insane. This is an All Inclusive after all. Would NOT recommend"

"This was paradise. My first time in Kenya and Africa in general and this was a wonderful experience. The place is beautiful, immaculate. The food was so wonderful. The best part are the staff who were very helpful and kind. I enjoyed my time here and would not mind coming back. Thank you for a wonderful time! Till we meet again"

"They do not accept reservation through Expedia. Stay away from this property. The area is dusty and far from the beach."
