"We were sold by an aerial shot of the complex. It looked like all pools were connected and you could swim everywhere. In reality they weren’t. Not that big a deal but it would’ve been fantastic if that was the case. No happy hour in the swim up bar was a let down. Breakfast and the food in general was good. The staff were excellent."

There’s a quieter pool close to the beach with a bar and restaurant if you want to escape the noise of the children’s pool. The service around the pool was generally terrible.
