"Tarn Villa is a new property with a lot of potential. The villa itself is quite spacious, which is a big plus, but the layout doesn’t feel fully thought through yet. It’s comfortable but could benefit from better design flow and functionality. Parking is limited when you arrive, so keep that in mind if you’re renting a car. Communication with the owners was a bit slow at times. They’re truly sweet, kind people, but it’s clear they’re still learning the hospitality business and figuring out how to manage the guest experience more smoothly. Overall, it’s a nice stay with room for improvement, and with a bit more experience, Tarn Villa could become a great option in Krabi."

"The address given was to one Oasis, only to be told it was the other one we were at. Had to pay text twice. This one was near nothing, the beds were extremely hard, no cups, kettle. They did have 2 waters in the fridge. Nowhere to go unless you got a teddy or a scooter. Rooms dark, paired dark grey. When i used the translate to tell them we were checking out early and went, he just said ok and took the keys. Didn't check the room or anything. I messaged the property to tell them we were leaving early and why, still have not heard back and nothing shows our stay was shortened. Sent a second message today asking them to confirm the early check out. Was supposed to be 3 nights, we stayed one. "
