"me and my girlfriend stayed here for 1 night to go to the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary that’s quite close. we self checked in at 7pm. room was tidy and clean with awesome AC. The staff is very helpful and assisted us with anything she could (helps get taxi, answers all questions about area). would stay here again however the area surrounding is just some small quiet town with not a lot going on (however the locals are VERY friendly and we were easily able to hitchhike the 5 min drive to elephant...
"Excellent hotel. Extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, they made our trip more interesting with their advices & tips about the city. You could rent mopeds from them. Arranged rides to the city nights market and helped with day trips bookings to James Bond Island, Phi Phi island, and to the Turtle sanctuary. I had to explain to them that it would come out In The wash before they dropped the charges. also I felt like a criminal as they had me wait 15 minutes for them to check my room for checkout before I left. If I was in a rush to get to my flight I would have been late as they did not tell me in advance I would need to wait. Also the only restaurant they had on property was very slow and always closed early. I will not choose them for my next visit"
