"Staff attitude was excellent. Check in experience was excellent. Property is in good shape. The disappointment was in the bed, which matters the most when you’re traveling. The bed sheets were worn out and had stains all over (quite disgusting). When I lifted the bed cover at night I noticed the bed sheet wasn’t changed from the previous stay (crumpled up). Extremely disgusting. Just ended up sleeping on top of the bed cover instead. Had a terrible sleepless night."
"Property was clean and staff was excellent but property is in an isolated spot and surrounding is not very good for for walking or moving around. It’s also far from the airport so not that convenient. Also I wish they had more authentic food ."
"Worst hotel I’ve ever been to.
We checked in late at we got a room with sewer stench , we were super tired and slept.
Next morning we opened the shower and there was sewer backing up . We complained loudly and got another room for showering and leaving for the temple darshan. We were in room 128 and the next door person Van in room 127 also complained about sewer backing up in his room. Finally, upon our return from temple visits they gave us room 288. There was mosquitoes and the fan speed was uncontrollable, AC remote missing, shower head fell in my head, staff not responding. It took the staff 3 hours to respond to our requests for towels and bedding facilities. This hotel does not supply toilet paper. They only provide one towel Tir a couple . Multiple requests for additional towels were made to get one. At one point they ran out of towels so we had to wait until their supplier delivered them to site. They don’t have irons on site. Very poor management , as if they are all deaf when you ask them for something . They don’t want to assist their customers on any requests.
This place is not meant for foreign visitors especially westerners who visit Assam. Not worth my dime. Towels provided by this hotel are not fit to wipe my dogs paws… that’s the condition of towels supplied by the owners."
"Room had no telephone, to get reception you have to call the hotel using own phone. Electric receptacle for plugs were so loose that plugs got disconnected. There is no hot water. Both washbasin and commode let out dirt laden water for sometime. Seams like room was not used for sometime or toilets were not attended to for some time. The TV was not operative without paying and activating the hotels account with the cable company. Only good thing is that the fan and a/c worked. The price I paid ($26 + $6 tax is excessive. Later I saw they listed much cheaper (around $16) price in the internet. "
