Y el ventilador del cuarto no pude ponerlo porque esta desprendido del techo y tenia miedo que se desprendiera. La habitación estaba cómoda. Si reparan esa habitación sería una gran estancia porque esta muy bien ubicado."

We misinterpreted the labeling. When the issue was addressed via text/email, the staff was quick to make SURE that we had what we needed. Our location was right next to the cathedral. "This hidden gem is a small oasis in a busy city. From its elegant 17th century interior settings, serene breakfast area, beautiful views and delicious menu, we enjoyed a relaxing start to the day. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Parking was not the easiest to access in a large vehicle, however the instructions supplied and wonderful staff were of great assistance. Overall a fabulous experience, we will definitely be back!"
