Staff were super helpful before, during and after check-in and were able to answer any questions we had. They even helped us sort out where to keep our luggage safe after we checked out at a sister hotel. Located in a great place just outside the centre, but within minutes you were there. I missed the note highlighting reception shuts at 6pm, but I telephoned the contact number and my key was waiting in a lock box. Great location, central and easy 10 min walk from train. Interesting building with quirks and features - I'd stay again
