hidden gem in Amersfoort

excellent hotel - staff were friendly, warm, helpful. The hotel is spotless! very clean, lots of amenities. The location is great for walking or biking to the main part of Amersfoort. Will definitely be staying here again the next time I'm in the area!

Great hotel close to the train station and local busses. We were in a suite and it was spacious with views of Amersfoort. 10 minute walk to Amersfoort city center. Bed was comfy, shower and jacuzzi very nice. Only downside was the room wasn’t the cleanest, a trapped on cookie on the carpet that obviously wasn’t vacuumed with crumbs everywhere. Hair dryer broken. A fluke I assume. But would stay again regardless.

Friendly staff. Room clean. One of the Lifts was broken so waiting time was excessive. Breakfast was poor- I emailed hotel prior to arrival to advise of being a coeliac other than gluten free bread, nothing else for €20 !!!!

The staff working at breakfast were incredible. The front desk ladies were not very friendly, tried to charge me twice for both the booking and country tax, and provided incorrect information on multiple questions throughout the stay. There was one gentleman who was very helpful who worked the front desk in the very early mornings that was great. Definitely try to talk to him if you have anything odd happen with your booking.
