"The staff lady on duty was extremely helpful and kind. She told us about breakfast and said we could take a snack that she was just starting to put out. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get to the hotel until 3am."

"The toilet became plugged, and they didn’t leave enough towels for us to shower. Then when we called the front desk they never brought them to us. The breakfast was always hot and variety was good. Would like to have seen more pastries on the breakfast bar."
