Frankly not again. First, I am so unhappy with expensive hotels nickle & diming guests. Charging for things that, totally acceptable but much less expensive hotels, just offer courteously. Bottle water in the room $5. Ridiculous parking fee.
I don't expect a room with a view of Long Island Sound...but had a vast expense of a tar paper roof. I COULD however see the tips of trees way off it the distance.
Then the internet wouldn't connect. The front desk just shoved me off onto an off-shore generic IT help service which after 1 minute I knew that sitting in Bangalore was not going to help me at all getting a WiFi signal from the router downstairs in Greenwich CT. I don't think I will stay an 11th time."
