"I was never told that it wasn't an office to check in at. The room was so bright all night with no option to have curtains at the top of the windows. So, we did not sleep very well & on top of that the nightstand light would randomly come on in the middle of the night several times."

"I was extremely disappointed with this property. There was mold visible on the outside of the door, and the inside floors were absolutely filthy and appeared not to have been properly cleaned. The bathtub had pubic hair in it, and the shower was also dirty and unsanitary.

"This hotel had great beach access and an awesome on site pool. The beach access would check you in, set you up with loungers and an umbrella. Very cool. The best part though, handicap accessible. Wife is in a wheelchair, no use of legs. Not only was the ada room great but they had on site a beach wheelchair. No having to rent one for $500! They had handicaps electric chairs for the pool and the hot tub. The room had an automatic door. This was the real winner here. They made our vacation so...
