"We wanted to rest and relax in the jacuzzi but found there was floating mud and someone's hair we told the front desk manager that there was hair floating in the water. He promised to sort it out and said that the hair would be removed. When we came to the jacuzzi after a couple of hours and climbed into it we saw the same dirt and the same hair floating in the water, which I think is unacceptable, in addition the jacuzzi has sticky tape parts that looks not attractive and unsafe to use. The pool was filled with some kind foam kinda looked like soap with sand on the floor probably from last year but the kids enjoyed it and it was blue and clear, I was scared to get in only because of the bubbles and it wasn't heated ( it didn't need to be).
