"Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter am Empfang. Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich, außerdem ist es sehr ruhig. Der Zimmerservice arbeitet gründlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und wird regelmäßig aufgefüllt. An der Hotelbar und auch im Außenbereich kann man abends verweilen. Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel sind ausreichend vorhanden. Geschäfte und Restaurant sowie ein Einkaufszentrum sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Man kann dieses Hotel wirklich nur empfehlen."

"We stayed for 2 nights. Since there was no air conditioner, the room was really hot but the weather was rainy so that we did not have so much trouble. Other than, rest of the things were perfect. The location of the hotel was also good, there were no noise in the neighborhood and restaurants, markets were close. We satisfied in general."

"Was kann ich sagen? Es war unangenehm genug, bis zu dem Punkt, an dem wir sofort am nächsten Morgen abreisten, anstatt das Wochenende zu bleiben. Die Lichter, die Raumheizung und das Wasser funktionierten. Es gab ein Bett, eine rudimentäre Küchenzeile und viel Platz - also 2 Sterne. "Hi i stay there for 1 night. Location wise no doubt is very convenient it is just right beside Cologne Station. 1 minute walk. And it is opposite the cologne cathedral. I got upgraded for free to a better room with a window view facing the cologne cathedral. The room was classic but a little bit old on the furniture. But it is very spacious with a living room no complain there. I was very please with their friendly customer service and they gave us an extra bed for free for my 9yr old & a baby...

"Die Teil der Toilette, wo alles abfließt (Geruchsverschkuss) war sehr dreckig, fast schwarz. Ansonsten alles sauber. Das Hotel liegt in einer Fußgängerzone, in der es um das Hotel auf 150 m fünf (oder waren es sogar sechs?) Dönerladen gibt. Wenn man das Fenster öffnet, riecht es entsprechend. Abends haben sich Jugendlichen / junge Erwachsene in der Fußgängerzone vor dem Hotel versammelt. Diese waren recht laut. "

"Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer. Dieses war sehr sauber. Die Begrüßung an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und alles frisch. Die Servicekraft beim Frühstück war sehr sehr freundlich. Die Innenstadt ist über die Straßenbahn sehr gut zu erreichen. Bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Köln werde ich wieder im Köln 2020 wohnen. "
