In this area the rooms are all on the ground floor. There were a few problems that are not worth mentioning, but not being able to get the water warm enough to shower was concerning. The pull out couch was convenient however when the cushions were pulled off there was dirt/crumbs as well as 3 small plastic bags that had a small amount of white crystal like powder in them. "We had to switch rooms due to AC issues and hotel only had two roller carts in which guest was keeping in their rooms for long periods of time, but overall ,very nice and location was perfect "
