"Very expensive for what you got, you had to pay $25 a night for parking in addition to purchasing your breakfast the only amenity really was a weight room. No pool! Rented a family suite which was supposed to have a king and a queen and a pull-out coach, got a room with a king bed and two pull out couches, very uncomfortable."

"I’ve stayed here for every visit over the past 4 years my daughter has been a UW Madison student. Excellent location. I never need a car because they have a free shuttle and you can walk anywhere from the hotel. Staff is wonderful. Gym is great. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. I’ll miss staying there after graduation! "

"Deeply disappointed in our stay at the Saddlery. I booked this particular venue as the ratings seemed to be beaming with positive feedback. Horrible stay. -No parking even though we were told we could pay for a spot, I inquired within a reasonable timeframe and was told it was “sold out”…so we parked down the street and had to walk. -Leaking shower and flooded the floor any time it was used. -HARD and uncomfortable bed. While it was clean - I’d rather sleep on a log. It would be softer....

"Clean, in a great location, nice room. My only complaint is- I don’t know what’s on the floor above room 111, if it’s apartments or more rooms or what have you.. but there was so much noise upstairs, and at late hours. It sounded like someone was playing basketball with bowling balls. We had a baby and it woke her up. I do understand that noise is expected when sharing a space but man, it seemed excessive."
