Upon arrival, we were informed the elevator was out of service, something that should have been communicated ahead of time.We were originally assigned a room on the 6 floor, and while the front desk clerk did move us to the 3 floor after we requested it, this was still extremely difficult for our group, especially since my 85 year old aunt was traveling with us. "The room and hallway smelled. There were multiple big roaches all over the room. Airbdidnt work, tv didn’t work, internet didn’t work. No hand soap,shampoo,or body wash. I stood outside the whole night never even slept in the room. Absolute waste of money for a roach hotel. Go anywhere else but here."
