"Excellent location. The room has everything you need- very cute. However, I encountered a cockroach. The place had a weird smell. While the finishings are somewhat updated as far as decor and flooring, when you look up close things that needed repair were not done properly. Cheap patch up job like slapping a bandaid on some things. Which made the unit feel not as nice as the photos convey. The bathroom needs a full gut- I don’t anything has been changed since the 1960s.
