"The bathroom door and bedroom door does not stay closed. They open in a couple of seconds after you close it. It was just so annoying our entire stay. When you turn off the Main light switch to this room located by the front door, it turns off the lights above the headboard, along with powers to the rest of outlets. So you think you’re charging your phone while sleeping, you’ll wake up with a dead phone and all your devices. You have to keep the main switch on in order to charge your devices but...

"I loved my stay at Hyatt Place Tempe/Phoenix/University! The hotel was clean, modern, and in a great location. My favorite part was the rooftop room and rooftop area it offered beautiful views and was the perfect place to relax. The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely stay here again!"

"We really like staying here. It's within walking distance of one of the downtown Tempe light-rail stations, and it is then within walking distance of restaurants and nice neighborhoods to explore. The hotel itself is clean and quiet."

"I had an excellent stay and would gladly stay here again. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the air conditioning worked great. There was plenty of parking, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and helpful. What really stood out was their honesty and customer service. After I checked out, I realized I had accidentally left my JBL Bluetooth speaker in the room. The staff actually called me to let me know they had found it and held onto...

"Great location - so close to the airport! We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and our kids loved the outdoor pool. Staff was friendly. The only complaint is that it took 25 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport (we were told to call after we got our luggage). Otherwise, great pick!"

"The hotel didn’t really have a lot to offer as far as amenities. The staff was very brash and not too friendly, especially the one that checked us in. The young lady that checked us out was a lot nicer. Don’t think I would stay at your property again just didn’t feel comfortable."

"The stay was great. If you are looking to travel to tempe and want the comfort and access to things you would have at home like laundry and a kitchen this is a great choice. The place was clean and check in and out process was easy. The only issue is the parking, but honestly is seems like parking in Tempe in general is very confusing. Most of the street parking near the studio was 2 hour parking, there was a parking structure right across the street from the studio that says no overnight...
