"I have never been in a hotel where the staff and all its entirety was so helpful and friendly. I checked in extremely late and dealt with a night shift and they were wonderful. The morning crew was equally as wonderful as well as the people who ran the breakfast buffet. Overall, incredible experience 10/10 and will definitely stay here when I return to Phoenix. I happen to come right down as the airport shuttle was leaving and they quickly called him and he returned back to get me. He was also very friendly and helpful."

"The room was disgusting. Reviews on Expedia were inaccurate. Walked in and someone hadn’t flushed the toilet. The room wreaked of air freshener and had a musty smell. The wall on other side of bathroom showed signs of water damage which is where the musty smell most likely came from. Basically walked in and said NOPE and walked right back out and booked a new room outside of Expedia at the Marriott across the street for triple the price. I do not trust Expedia reviews after that experience. Disgusting. Another Expedia member checking in before me also said nope and requested to cancel her stay. Gross"

"I wouldn’t stay here again. Photos weren’t accurate. Older and dirtier in real life. Doors are open to the outside. Loud and hard to sleep. Furniture falling apart inside"

"We had a quick, one night stay but it’s what you come to expect with Marriott - clean and high quality building and rooms, helpful staff and a genuine feeling of home away from home. At this specific location, the staff was quick to sign us in. I was at the front desk and handed my room key in less than a minute. We wanted to try the complimentary breakfast but couldn’t because of an early flight. 10/10 would recommend and will be going back to this spot the next time we’re in Phoenix. Being close to the airport was an additional bonus"

"the hotel is under construction, therefore, not many rooms appeared to be available. The area was loud and dark. Overall cleanliness and staff were very helpful. Not within walking distance of pubs, restaurants which I had hoped for (but I also should have done a bit more homework myself). Overall an okay stay."
