"How this hotel is even allowed on this website is beyond me. The staff even said 'this isn't a nice place to stay' when I arrived, the condition of the room was disgusting, there was faeces in the toilet, toilet roll stuck to the ahoer chrtain, thick dust and splats and marks on every wall and surface. Safe to say i did mot complete my stay there, when I say stay away I mean STAY AWAY."

"Super clean, comfortable & appointed accommodation. Simultaneously spacious & cosy! Quiet rural location, but only a few minutes drive from supermarket. Private parking at front door, good sized hot tub in the rear garden. Lovely hosts & cute goats!"

"Although the message said someone would be there to greet me, I wasn't sure who, so followed the instructions for the key collection with no problem. Room very spacious, but could do with a socket near the bed and blackout curtains with the bright light in the back. Tried to watch TV, but there were no channels, but was able to watch iPlayer etc instead. The instructions about leaving were a bit confusing. I tried the key safe outside the room, but it didn't open, so I assumed the message meant leave the key in the room, which I did. Later on I did wonder whether I should've put it in the key safe where I actually picked it up from. Apologies for rushing out and forgetting to take down my bowl and wash it up."

"No food available on site,no cameras switched on for car park safety,crack in bathroom sink with units tired . All furniture tired and old. Tv we’re old and small.coat hangers missing and damaged. Very noisy residents made it hard to sleep "

"The property was perfect for us. We were a family of 6 and the house accommodated us perfectly. The hosts where fantastic and left us a lovely welcoming note with a few bits in the property we didnt even think of at the time which came in so handy. It is beautifully decorated with driveway parking and overall a lovely family friendly place to stay. It was my sons 16th birthday and we had booked this property to stay in as it really was perfect for our days at alton towers which was only a 25minute drive from the property. There are a number of supermarkes within a very close drive of the house too which makes it even more ideal. I would highly recommended this family friendly house and the hosts, as both were fantastic. Thank you so much!!"
