"When I checked in at 7 pm there was no one at the reception desk and I had to wait 15 for someone to arrive. The parking directions he provided were very complicated. The coffee shop had an extremely limited menu and hours and the staff was frequently unavailable for about 10 minutes."

The cost when we booked was $275 for a night. There was a few issues I should note. The first, the elevator was out so a staff member had to ride it down first before you could go up. "My stay was good. The room was fine, clean and comfortable, though a bit old, worn, and dingy. It was convenient to have a cafe and restaurant/bar on site that served satisfactory food. The treadmills were out of order, which put a damper on my routine, but luckily the weather was nice enough to run along the waterfront. The staff were friendly and helpful, though harried by the number of guests staying that weekend. I would stay here again. "
