I think the location is great since it’s basically equidistant to the KTX, Bus Terminal, and Airport. The breakfast is a buffet style and has excellent variety. The menu changes every day, so there’s always something new to try. When I stay in Gwangju, I prefer to stay here."

When it is tricky, the staff will help you for free. Adding a door for the toilet inside the bathroom would be nice for the privacy and simultaneous use of the toilet and bathroom sink by two family members. Adding a closet / drawer would be handy for those staying more than a couple of days."

"Clean, comfortable and right in downtown Gwangju! Close to the train station if you’re taking the trail from Seoul. The breakfast buffet had hot Korean food (not instant ramen!) and the room had this great machine to freshen clothes! We drove from Pyeongtaek and got in at 2200 and the front desk had our room ready and waited for us. Highly recommend this hotel! "
