"Breakfast was wonderful with so many choices and a menu to order other fresh items. The staff was so kind and helpful, especially Anja, giving us a Lake front room to make up for the construction going on. The atmosphere was special and made you feel as though you had gone back in time. We loved it. "

"The air conditioner wouldn’t go below 22, we woke up pouring sweat. Everything was an add-on. Renting a bike for an hour was slightly cheaper than 4 hours; not free for guests. Breakfast for charge, mini bar is full but they’ll email you after your departure to settle that cost as well. Meh."

"The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Beds were not the most comfortable and amenities were an additional cost. The photos of the pool/ other areas around the property on here are not very accurate."

"Excellent stay with knowledgeable and enthusiastic hosts happy to share information and tips about the area. Peaceful surroundings, well furnished rooms/kitchens and easy check in/check out process. Parking also a plus! Highly recommend! "
