"We stayed in a pet friendly room, which had no carpet. We noticed the underside of the bed was not cleaned, full of dirt and hair; how hard is it to vacuum under the bed? The heating/cooling unit was full of large dust bunnies…and so was the fan in the bathroom ceiling.
The room had obviously been renovated and updated but the cleaning staff isn’t doing a good job. The bed was comfortable and bed sheets were clean. Being able to park our vehicle by the room patio door and access the room directly was great. We didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment."
