"We stayed on our way thru to Kenora and on our way back. Fantastic staff. Dined in again and it was great food and service. Rooms are nicely appointed and clean."
"The motel was disgustingly dirty. There was dirty towels hanging, the dust in the vent over the beds was so think that no air would ever get out. The filth of the bed frames was unbelievable.
Top off that and more, a toothless women knocked at our door for food! Not what the website looks like at all. When I entered the office the sign had hourly, nightly and weekly rates, that was our first clue! After 14 hours of driving and finding no other vacancies for a Friday night double room, we took our chances and stayed. Oh and the main door didn't quite filter the door frame lol! Take a hard pass if you are considering a stay there!"
"Everything satisfactuary.Best place to stay in Thunder Bay.Would like to see a senior discount and a discounted rate for travelling for medical appointments."
"Check in was quick and easy. Our room was clean. We liked that you could park on a locked parking lot. The bed was comfortable. The area around the hotel is relatively safe and there are a number of decent restaurants within walking distance. The only problem is the hotel backs onto the CP rail line so makes for a noisy sleep but I would recommend this hotel. The price is good and it has easy access to the highways."
