"Great budget-friendly place.The room was clean, spacious, and very quiet. The beach was just steps away, making the location perfect. I would definitely stay here again."

"The breakfast was amazing, I have never experienced one like that at a hotel. The staff was always attentive and helpful, there was never a no to anything asked. The room was clean and the kitchenette was well stocked as well as the lobby beverage 24 hour area. Well done! I was told it will be refreshing the hotel this coming spring and look forward to staying there again."

"This was our first time staying at grand hotel with our family. We travel to ocmd about three times a year and I thought we would try a new hotel, Very big mistake. Room was filthy, big holes in the walls covered by picture frames but you could still see the holes. Shower curtain was held on by a rusty screw and it looked like someone threw up in the toilet and it ran all down the side and was never cleaned off. The air filter was completely black, so who knows what my family was breathing in....

"Dirty , old , beat up room-worn out carpet. Didn’t let me change my room type because I used Expedia to book the room. Called and asked for towels and they never delivered.so we used the same towels for 3 days. The room next door had left a shower curtain outside their room and no one picked it up. Also , false advertising: The hotel is the 4 story old beat up bldg from 1960 s. The tall tower bldg is all condos that are individually owned. Will never go back."
