"Decent hotel with fast valet parking and a nice ambience. The room was comfortable and of a good size and the shower was good. There was hot cider for guests by the fire in the afternoon- a nice touch. The restaurant 1606 was a little disappointing in the food quality. We ate there twice and it was pretty average- the menu choices were good and prices were not outrageous but food quality a little lacking. Overall a nice, quiet hotel with some character and comfort."

Her breakfasts were absolutely delicious, and we really enjoyed getting to know her. The inn has such a cozy, peaceful feel, and it made our time in Gloucester even more special. We’re so glad we chose to stay here and would definitely come back!"
