"We loved our place at the Long Beach Suites! It was spacious, clean, and had everything we could possibly want including a washer and dryer. It is so close to the beach! We loved sitting in the balcony listening to the sound of the ocean. I didn’t realize I needed to checked messages through Expedia in order to check in. Once I figured that out, it was pretty easy. And the text messages were super helpful. Thanks for a great time. We hope to be back!"

"We chose our stay based on walking distance to downtown Rockport, parking, and reviews. We were not disappointed. We loved the owners' amenities and attention to the building's history."

"We enjoyed our stay and due to the weather extended it an extra night with no problems. There is no front desk service -- all communication with our hosts was done through text messaging, but they were quick to respond, and our room was made up daily. The room was lovely and very comfortable. No breakfast or food on site, but there are good dining options a short walk into town. Great location for exploring the waterfront and downtown Rockport!"

"Stunning, large room with views to the park-like backyard, an outdoor deck, and incredibly comfortable beds. You check yourself in. The ocean is across the street, and it's a two-minute walk to town. Highly recommend!"

"It overlooked the water and grounds well groomed and charm of the retro/traditional historical Inn was very enjoyable. Staff were very helpful and fun. We had a take out dinner and rather than go to our room to eat they turned on the lights in bar/fix easy dining area and we enjoyed our dinner and viewing the ocean. Also, appreciated outdoor games such as corn hole, horse shoes and many other family games offered in library. Nice touches throughout stay."
