"Soddisfacente ma non un 4 stelle. Personale disponibile e cordiale ma sembra una struttura in decadenza. Gli arredi rovinati, nel bagno solo carta igienica e 3 flaconi a muro di saponi. La colazione me l’aspettavo più casereccia e locale essendo loro anche osteria e invece era tutti prodotti industriali riscaldati o da supermercato. Prezzo adeguato al servizio. Giudizio sufficiente."

"Parking is available for a fee. They provide gluten free and vegan options for breakfast. I needed to add another person to the room and it was easy, and communication with staff was quick. The service was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. Also air conditioned!"

"Excellent location and hotel. Also, one of the best restaurant in town as well, I can speak from experience since I tried three of them. I highly recommend that hotel if you want to spend some time around Lake Como."
