"Die Lage von dem Hotel ist super und die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön, die Liegen sind extrem bequem. Wir fanden die Kosten sehr intransparent. U.a., dass man für eine Stunde Nutzung des Wellnessbereichs pro Person eine hohe Gebühr zahlen muss, fanden wir inakzeptabel für ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Vor allem weil es nicht ersichtlich ist, dass man hierfür extra zahlen muss. Achtung bei den Parkgebühren, die sind sehr teuer. Beim Frühstück muss man z.B. für Pancakes extra zahlen. "Oasis in the heart of Portofino. Steps from the port and lovely restaurants and stylish clean well run place to stay! My especially appreciated the beautiful breakfast beautifully laid out in the dining room. Lovely staff a great us having car park and kept for the night. Will definitely return and a huge thank you to all the staff."
