"Our stay at Gosford Palms Motel was excellent. The weather was warm and we walked into a cool, clean and cheerfully decorated room. The pool has just been renovated and is looking perfectly blue and sparkly. We had an evening and a morning swim, as it was so refreshing. The staff were extremely welcoming and considerate: we left behind some AirPods; but they called + we were able to return to pick them up. We are so appreciative. I highly recommend staying here for a cheerful break away from home."

"This is a beautiful centre to stay in. The staff were extremely helpful. There are great outdoor and indoor spaces to hang out in. The room was in great condition. Remember to check your email for a message on how to get in to the reception and don't forget your electricity key. A highly recommended spot to stay."

"The motel is well situated, the room was very spacious with very little noise. The staff were friendly and amenable. There were good amenities for in house meals. Bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. Towels were large and really fluffy. Shops and restaurants were within walking distance. Parking was right outside the door. We had a very enjoyable stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Ettalong Beach Tourist Resort. The resort is beautiful, with a lovely design and atmosphere. Our room was very comfortable and a good size for three people. We especially loved the balcony, which made the room feel very pleasant, and the air conditioning worked very well. One disappointment was the lack of a general lift. The only lift seemed to be for guests with accessibility needs. I completely understand the need for an accessible lift, but having at least one lift for general guests would be helpful, especially for people arriving with luggage. The pool was also extremely cold and basically unusable. We had been warned it was cold, but it was much colder than expected, and several children were visibly shivering. The spa was not working either and was also very cold. Interestingly, the ocean was much warmer that same day. We loved the Galleria downstairs. There is a great variety of restaurants, cafés and interesting shops, and we spent most of a rainy day there without getting bored. However, many shops closed around 2–3 pm. We were also very surprised that on Monday morning absolutely everything in the Galleria was closed, including restaurants, cafés, the bakery, ice cream shop and shops. Reception told us most venues close during weekdays and mainly open on weekends. This wasn’t clear on the website and would be important information for guests, especially families visiting during school holidays. We also really enjoyed the cinema,"
