"We found the staff checking us in unhelpful and not friendly. We had questions about the pay to park and didn’t appreciate the way we were approached. The other staff member was friendly, not ours. Breakfast was fine, not over the top but adequate. The room was clean and easy to control the temperature in the room."

"The parking I wouldn’t want to come back to the same hotel if I have to pay for parking cause you gotta pay for everything else it’s just extra which y’all are a really nice hotel other than that yall are a good hotel"

"I liked the fact the the property was close to the airport. It would have been nice if they shared there was a complementary shuttle to to airport, Yes, I checked in after 11pm, but I did not feel welcome t check-in, rather I felt like I interrupted the team’s conversation. Once a guest gets in front of the agent, they were supposed to stop what they were doing and give 100%. This did not happen."
