"Only one outside garbage can. Trash overflowed around it daily. My door lock worked maybe 25% of the time. I checked in on Tuesday, checked out on Friday, every day, sometimes several times a day, I had to get the staff to let me in. The room smelled of old smoke and musty. By the third night, I could feel my throat getting scratchy. I've been sick for a week. Horrible experience!"

"I was very impressed with my room and how wonderful the bed was. The bathroom was clean and the perfect size. The room might be tight for 2 people moving around, but I had access to the lawn and had a cafe table right outside my door. The coffee in my room was excellent, but it should have been free. The location was great, and I could walk downtown and down to the river. I will be back."
