"We were very happy with our stay at the Fairfield Inn in Buda, Texas. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Also, I really loved the area where the hotel is located and felt safe taking morning walks. I highly recommend staying here."

"It’s an okay hotel even thou we didn’t get clean service in any of the 3 nights we stayed. Front desk said…cleaning lady had wrote that we had the “no cleaning” sign on but that’s not true. I specifically put the sign away so we didn’t put it on at the door. She (front desk) gave me cleaned towels and trash bags for me to put trash outside the room. 😳 last day we had a roach in our bathroom."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was very good in all aspects, including the cleanliness, service, comfort, and overall atmosphere. Free parking was very spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was well maintained. I also really appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which was a great added benefit and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I had a very good experience and would be happy to stay here again."

"The staff were very nice and professional. The room was clean. The elevator wasn’t working but they had called ahead of time to let us know but I couldn’t find another hotel that was the same price or less in the area we wanted to we decided to stay there. The bed wasn’t very comfortable for us. Good if you like soft mattress, we prefer something a bit more firm. The hotel was a perfect location for our visit."

"Though the lobby is ok and the staff helping me pleasant, this hotel is musty and water damaged, unfortunately. I could smell it on floors 2 and 3. 3 was the worst. My asthma was so bad, I had to flee my room at 9:00 at night and find another place to sleep. It wasn't a fun way to start off my vacation. Please professionally investigate and remediate the stucco siding for water intrusion and window failures which I saw. There happened to be a storm while I was there and water came in."

"I booked a suite and upon check in they tried to put me in a room that was not a suite, and also a room that was not ready. Then I got put into another room which was still not a suite. The third room was finally a suite but the AC unit leaked so much that I had to put into yet another room. All the rooms were not clean. One room had blankets from a previous guest. Floor did not appear vacuumed or swept at all. The pool was dirty. I asked for assistance using their pancake machine and was...

"Easy parking, super clean room, great hot water pressure "

"All the amenities were "out of order" including pool, laundry, fitness room. The elevator was a mess with paper peeling off the walls and sounded like a roller coaster going down. The front door was taken apart at the top and one door didn't work. Christmas decor still up (it's May). Shower wouldn't drain and had sludge coming up. Room smelled like mildew and allergies flared up big time in there. Would NOT recommend. I have major sanitation and safety concerns and this place should be closed...

"I could have easily given the hotel a 5 star review but I couldn’t because of the low seating toilets. I initially thought the size of the toilet was designed only for smaller children. I am 5’5” and not overweight. When sitting on the toilet my knees were closer to my chin than parallel to the rest of my body. I’ve only experienced this type of problem with another Hampton Inn in New Mexico. I never thought I’d be sizing the toilet height before staying at another Hampton Inn."

"The room was great, the service from the employee's was great but the upsetting part is that the website stated continental breakfast and there was none. VERY disappointing."

"I came here from Dallas to celebrate my husband‘s birthday and we stayed at this place. That’s the worst experience ever , starting with a lot of homeless people around, the room , hallway and elevator smelled really bad, and not to mention that a really loud noise coming out of nowhere ( ceiling ) didn’t let us sleep well and a woman outside was screaming asking for help????? Do not come over here people. ."

"The staff seemed friendly enough. But when I got into the room, the shower curtain rod was busted and fell on my head when I went to take a shower. One night it rained, and water ran underneath the door into the room. The Wi-Fi only worked if I had the door open and was by the door. The TV didn't work for the first twenty-four hours."
