"While this property is across the street from the river, that's all this property has going for it. This place is outdated and desperately needs an upgrade. The first room they gave me was run down and filthy, dust was fully falling from the bathroom vent. The second room they gave me was just okay. I heard another woman say she had a beautiful room but they didn't give me one of them. The staff looked down on me and hated that I had booked through Expedia. I personally wouldn't chose this place again. Better to stay right in downtown Grants Pass. "

"I love the fact that the floors were vinyl instead of carpeted. So much easier to keep clean!! And the bathtub…I loved it. It was nice and deep and very clean. The down fall was the bed. I didn’t find it very comfortable and the air conditioning unit didn’t work very well. Would I go back? Yes. The price was right."

"A good hot breakfast, great river views with balcony rooms, and a clean comfortable scent free room. I almost forgot, great water pressure in the shower."

"Very peaceful location. Nice area never had been there before. Lots of unique touches. Wine, beer and appetizers early evening. Smores and cookies later. Breakfast served in morning. Lots of places to relax in and out."

"The bed and the pillows weren’t the most comfortable I have slept on and the restaurant was closed because all their staff called in sick. The desk clerk was very friendly, but never did email me the receipt I asked for. The property was clean but older. I’m all for the price. It was acceptable."
