"Location very good, shower very good, wifi very good, breakfast very good. Very Big minus points : very VERY noisy, we can hear the next door guys caughing :( so then anything else they do, laugh, speak on the phone, right into your room, makes it very very hard to sleep. Second big minus point, beds are very VERY bad. Just like a plank of wood and a piece of sheet (pun intended) on it. Very painful for your back. Also the swimming pool we see on the pictures, is NOT the hotel's. It's the next...

"Checked in for one night only before an early train. Room was filthy, bed sheets dirty, looked like shower had never been cleaned. Water to the room stopped half way though the night. Two key cards were given to the guy who showed us up to the room but he only left one so slept with heavy cases in from of the room all night. Noisy all night from other guests."

"Mum & I loved our 2 week stay thanks to the team who looked after us so well. Good room size. Good location right next to the lift for Mum. Friendly Room Service where they even made us something not on the menu. Generous portions. Restaurant Service downstairs was more casual but a great place to mingle and get to know the staff. I was particularly touched by the care they all showed my octogenarian Mum. Between the other hotels in the same family, we were looked after so well that you'd think...
